“Follow-Me has been incredibly popular with our clients since its purchase 5 years ago,” says Peter Verhagen, Technology & Process Manager. “Its fixture-agnostic flexibility has had great benefits and is scalable to any production size. This year, we decided to review the product packaging, bringing the latest in technical innovation to the product in a bespoke ResX solution.”
Our latest concept, showcased at Xperience 24, significantly enhances the Follow-Me system’s capabilities. The new Technician Station contains all necessary hardware, providing one operator with a dedicated workspace. This design streamlines the setup process, allowing for faster implementation. Additionally, Operator Stations can be added to accommodate multiple operators as needed.
To improve reliability and scalability, all connections now feature locking connectors, using SDI and EtherCON technology. This minimises connectivity issues and ensures smooth operation in various environments. With these upgrades, setup times have been reduced to just half an hour for a single target and fixture.
