The Robert Juliat Oz Followspot is a 600W cool white LED source, that is able to match the output of a 1200W discharge followspot like the Super Korrigan. The Oz’s silent-running cooling fans and electronic dimming capabilities make it the ideal choice for front-of-house spotlights in larger venues as well as TV studios and full-size theatres where low noise is important.
In addition to standard features such as a fully closing iris cassette and 6-way self-cancelling boomerang colour changer, Oz offers adjustable dimmer response times, allowing users to choose between fast or slow dimming to simulate the warm glow of tungsten lighting. It also supports various control protocols, including DMX, RDM, Art-Net, and sACN and has options for 8 or 16-bit dimming and even strobe functions. The Oz has an ergonomic dimmer control, allowing for one-handed dim, pan and tilt and as an LED source, there is no risk of lamp failure.
