Resolution X is an entertainment hire and Production Company specialising in lighting and rigging services for the corporate event, television and entertainment industry. The chosen applicant will be working as an executive assistant to the managing director as well as for filling a number of administration tasks within the office environment from customer invoicing, reception duties and some human Resource functions, right through to managing internal events, routine purchasing and booking interstate travel arrangements for staff.
As well as the administrative duties, this diverse role will also assist our hire and production team with customer enquiries, preparing sales documentation and communicating with our client base. We want someone agile, who is prepared to learn about our amazing industry, roll up their sleeves and help drive us forward as a business.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required and some knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft office is preferred.
